FAQs
Early Start recognises and acknowledges each child’s individual abilities and learning styles. Small groups are intentional to cater for each child’s needs to build independence and confidence in a fun learning environment. The school readiness program is structured with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy concepts and acquiring a range of skills to give them the foundations and best start required for their transition to school and lifelong learning.
Creating small groups is fundamental in assisting children to co-operate, take turns and build on each other’s strengths. Our program aims to foster positive attitudes in children’s learning and creates an environment that is fun and enjoyable to build self-esteem and allow children to believe in their capabilities.
Our program gives children the tools to problem solve and overcome obstacles through motivation, patience and persistence.
Group and one to one classes are run between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm – Monday to Friday.
Please call for further information regarding specific groups and times.
Additional time is allocated at the end of each class for parent/teacher communication.
At Early Start we follow NSW term dates set by the Department of Education. Fees are payable per term in advance.
